We provide professional, user-friendly sales support (CRM) and coordination systems for salespeople and sales functions. Our primary target group consists of start-ups and small and medium-sized enterprises engaged in B2B sales. Our geographical area of operation is Sweden and the Nordic countries, where we support the major accounting systems used by small businesses, as well as EU markets where these accounting systems are established.

For general customer and supplier relationship management

Purpose

To enable general customer and supplier relationship management, including quality assurance, surveys, statistics, market analysis, customer and supplier analyses, and the development of our business, methods and products.

Ten years after completion of the assignment.

We only process personal data that is necessary for the purposes described above and only for as long as is required to fulfil those purposes. The specific personal data we process varies depending on how you, as a customer or supplier, have interacted with us, which services and/or products we provide to you, or which services and/or products you provide to us.

In order for SCR to fulfil legal obligations arising from applicable legislation or to protect our legal interests, we may need to retain personal data for longer than the periods stated above. However, we do not process personal data for longer than necessary or for longer than required by law for the respective purpose.

How We Collect Personal Data

SCR normally collects personal data directly from you. In certain cases, we also collect personal data about you if your company is a customer of SCR. We may also collect personal data from other sources, such as partner companies, social media or external data providers.

When we ask you to provide personal data to us, you may choose not to do so. However, if you choose not to provide the information we need in order to fulfil our obligations towards you, we may be unable to fulfil those obligations.

Your Rights

Below is a summary of the rights you may exercise by contacting us.

Right of Access

You have the right to request, free of charge, information about how your personal data is processed. You also have the right to receive a copy of the personal data that we process about you. If you send us a written request specifying which information you wish to access, we will respond as soon as possible. If we are unable to provide you with access to this information, we will explain the reason why. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a copy of your personal data will be sent to the address we have registered for you.

Right to Rectification

As SCR is the data controller, we have primary responsibility for ensuring that the personal data we process is accurate. If you inform us that personal data you have provided to us is no longer correct, we will promptly rectify, restrict or delete it as appropriate.

Right to Erasure

You have the right to request that SCR erase your personal data without undue delay. Personal data shall be erased in the following circumstances:

  • If the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
  • If you have withdrawn your consent and there is no other legal basis for the processing.
  • If the processing is carried out for direct marketing purposes and you object to such processing.
  • If the processing is based on legitimate interests and your interests outweigh ours.
  • If the data has not been processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
  • If the data must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation.

We may have obligations that prevent us from immediately deleting all of your personal data. Such obligations may arise from applicable legislation, for example accounting legislation. If certain personal data cannot be deleted due to legal requirements, we will inform you and ensure that the data is only used to fulfil those obligations.

Right to Restriction of Processing

You have the right to request that SCR temporarily restrict the processing of your personal data if any of the following applies:

  • You believe that the information we hold about you is inaccurate and have requested that it be corrected.
  • The processing does not comply with applicable data protection legislation, but you oppose the deletion of the personal data and instead request that its use be restricted.
  • We no longer need the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but the data is required for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

If you object to the processing of your personal data, its use may be restricted while an investigation is carried out. When SCR restricts the use of your personal data, we will only store it and will request your consent for any further processing.

Right to Data Portability

If we process your personal data based on your consent or in order to fulfil a contractual obligation towards you, you have the right to request that we provide you with all data that we process by automated means in a machine-readable format. You also have the right to request that your personal data be transferred to another data controller where technically feasible.

Right to Object

You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data where the processing is based on our legitimate interests. In such cases, SCR asks you to specify the processing to which you object. If you object to any processing, we will only continue to process your data if we have compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests. We will inform you if this is the case.

Right to Withdraw Your Consent
